Welcome to MiJob – we help you reach your goals Production Manager for Filling Station in Köping MiJob is now seeking a Production Manager on behalf of our customer. Do you want an operational leadership role where safety, people, and production are at the center? We are now looking for a Production Manager for a filling station in Köping, where you will have a central role in leading daily operations and ensuring safe, efficient, and quality production. You will become an important part of the operation and be responsible for planning, leading, and allocating daily work at the filling station. This role suits you if you thrive close to production, are confident in your leadership, and have a strong safety awareness. About the Role As Production Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of the filling station. You lead and allocate work, monitor production, and ensure that work is conducted according to applicable safety and quality procedures. You work closely with employees in daily operations and also collaborate closely with functions such as logistics, maintenance, and quality. The role includes, among other things: Lead and allocate daily work at the filling station Have personnel responsibility and support employees in daily work Ensure that filling processes comply with safety and quality procedures Monitor production pace and manage and report deviations Identify and drive improvements in operations Ensure that equipment and machinery are regularly inspected and maintained Conduct risk assessments, safety rounds, and BBS Introduce and train new employees in procedures and safety regulations Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and quality functions Document and report production, incidents, and improvement suggestions Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with experience in industrial production and preferably experience leading people in daily operations. You need to be confident in taking responsibility, making decisions, and prioritizing when conditions change. You likely have a background from, for example, process industry, chemistry, gas, manufacturing industry, or other safety-critical production environments. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have: Technical high school education or equivalent experience, preferably in industry, chemistry, or process engineering At least 3 years of experience from a similar role in industrial production Experience in work management and/or personnel responsibility Experience with risk assessments and systematic occupational health and safety work Knowledge of, for example, ADR, ATEX, or pressurized containers is a merit Experience with LEAN, 5S, or other improvement methods is a merit Leadership training is a merit.
