You will have a broad role with many contact points where you work with coordination, follow-up, and analysis to create the right conditions for daily production. About the role As a production coordinator, you will be a connecting function between planning and daily operations. You help create structure around what needs to be done, follow up that work is proceeding as planned, and ensure that relevant information is available to those who need it. You will work on several parallel tasks and need to be able to switch between follow-up, system work, analysis, and contact with operations. This might include, for example, following up on production orders, compiling information in Excel, checking data in systems, or identifying a change that affects planning. When something doesn't go as planned, you help find out what happened and what needs to be done. You gather information, see connections, and help create a clear picture of the situation so that operations can prioritize correctly. You will work close to production where you handle coordination, follow-up, systems, and analysis to support operational activities. For the right person, there are good opportunities to gradually grow within planning and take on greater responsibility over time. Your main responsibilities Coordinate and follow up on activities related to production Follow up on production orders and ensure that information is up to date Compile and process data in Excel Prepare reports and follow-ups for operations Work continuously in business and planning systems Identify deviations and ensure they are handled by the right function Coordinate information between production and other internal functions Create structure around activities, priorities, and follow-up Contribute to projects and improvement initiatives within operations What we are looking for We believe you have relevant post-secondary education and have previous experience in a role where you worked with coordination, follow-up, analysis, or administration in an operations-oriented environment. For example, you may have worked in logistics, supply chain, procurement, order management, production, or similar. We would like to see that you have: Post-secondary education in, for example, logistics, economics, supply chain, production, or another relevant field Experience from a professional role where you had your own responsibility for tasks and follow-up Good analytical skills Strong Excel skills Good system proficiency and ability to quickly master new systems Ability to structure and prioritize when multiple things need to be handled simultaneously Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Who are you? You are someone who likes to create order when there are many things to keep track of. You work methodically, follow up on what you start, and enjoy understanding how different parts of operations fit together. You are also analytically minded. Numbers and Excel are tools you feel comfortable with, and when something doesn't add up, you don't just note it – you want to understand why. At the same time, you have gained some confidence in working life. You are accustomed to communicating professionally, taking responsibility for your tasks, and seeking the information you need to move forward.
