We are seeking a production engineer for our Kromasil factory in Bohus, who with their expertise wants to drive daily production monitoring and be part of an exciting expansion phase. As a production engineer at Kromasil, you are responsible for daily production monitoring of chromatographic material used in pharmaceutical production and analytical chromatography – in an operation that is currently expanding with a brand new factory in Bohus. In your future role as Production Engineer you will Through your expertise, you will ensure that production runs according to plan on a daily basis, and you will work day by day to improve our production process. Possess expertise and act as a facility expert Support the production organization with daily challenges Support production planning Ensure that process equipment is safely taken out of service during maintenance activities Ensure quality of data regarding facility utilization and process efficiency by monitoring and analyzing production losses Support process engineers and participate in root cause analyses Participate in risk assessments and analyses Participate in the start-up of a new factory We believe that you have Degree in Chemical Engineering (Civil or University Engineer) Experience from the chemical industry Good knowledge of process safety and risk management Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbal and written It's great if you have Good knowledge of Nouryon's HSE requirements Knowledge of pharmaceutical production and GMP manufacturing Lean Six Sigma experience Experience with production systems (DCS) and Lean tools Chemistry knowledge We believe that you are… Communicative, which means you convey messages in a simple way and are attentive and adapt your communication to the recipient.
