Production Manager About the roleAre you an engaged leader who wants to play a key role in a dynamic production environment? Do you thrive in a smaller, family-like organization where each day offers new challenges? Then you're the person we're looking for! We are now seeking an operational production manager who will be responsible for the entire production process—from customer orders to delivery of high-quality products. You will lead a team of 10 people and ensure that we deliver with precision and quality. The role includes both international customer and supplier contacts, which requires both Swedish and English proficiency in speaking and writing. Your responsibilities: Lead and optimize the entire production flow. Plan and execute material procurement. Inspire and follow up on your team's performance to create a culture of continuous improvement. Identify bottlenecks and implement smart solutions to daily challenges. Work with our business system (monitor) to increase efficiency. Oversee 20–50 customer projects of varying sizes and ensure they progress according to plan. We're looking for you if you: Are curious and driven with an ability to create order and structure. Have a natural aptitude for quickly identifying areas for improvement in processes. Are communicative and enjoy being hands-on in your role. Are positive, helpful, and solution-focused. Have relevant post-secondary education or several years of experience in similar tasks. Possess good skills in blueprint reading and design, as well as experience in project management in a production environment.
