We are seeking a Production Manager for Sepson with placement in Vansbro! Sepson is now seeking a Production Manager who wants to take full responsibility for daily production and help ensure high delivery capability, efficient production, and a modern, structured manufacturing operation. Maybe you are the one we're looking for? Your Responsibilities As Production Manager at Sepson, you have overall responsibility for daily production operations. You lead, coordinate, and develop the business with a focus on safety, quality, delivery precision, productivity, and continuous improvements. The role involves close leadership where you create clarity around goals, priorities, and working methods while ensuring that the organization has the right conditions to succeed. In this role, you are responsible for leading production through team leaders and supervisors, and ensuring that the business operates in a structured and goal-oriented manner. You drive daily management through pulse meetings, monitoring of key metrics, and coordination between production, planning, warehouse, procurement, and production engineering. You are also responsible for managing resources, capacity, and production priorities to ensure an efficient production flow and high delivery capability. Further, you actively work to develop the business through improvement initiatives in workflows, productivity, material handling, and standardized working methods. You monitor business performance through key metrics related to delivery precision, productivity, lead time, OEE, inventory turnover, and quality, while driving actions that strengthen business results over time. You also have clear responsibility for personnel where you introduce, coach, and develop employees and team leaders. The role involves a strong focus on work environment, structure, and collaboration, where you create engagement, clarity, and conditions for the organization to reach its goals. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience from manufacturing industry who has worked in a leading role with responsibility for production, personnel, and business management. You have a good understanding of production flows, capacity planning, productivity, and improvement work, as well as experience leading through other managers or team leaders. You have experience working with monitoring of business goals and key metrics, and are used to creating structure, clarity, and results in an operational business. You also have good understanding of work environment, quality, and management system work. Experience with business systems is a requirement, with experience in Monitor ERP being advantageous. Experience with LEAN, industrialization, or production planning is considered advantageous. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are confident, structured, and clear in your leadership. You are a present leader who enjoys working close to operations and who is motivated by creating engagement, developing people, and driving improvements. You combine decisiveness with good collaboration skills and are used to making decisions in an operation where the pace is sometimes high.
