You take care of people's security – Securitas takes care of you. Job Description As Production Manager in Norrköping, you will lead an operation with approximately 90 employees. The operation is mixed and conducts both mobile and stationary security services, employs security officers, manages protected facilities, and generates approximately 65 million SEK in annual revenue. You will be supported by a Team Manager who is directly responsible for security personnel. Your focus will be to drive business, finances, and customer development in the geographical area while creating structure and stability for delivery and staff. As Production Manager, you report to the District Manager. The role involves a coordinating and developing function regarding planning, follow-up, and improvement of service delivery. You work closely with both customers and our sales organization in startups and business deals. You have overall responsibility for finances, quality, and work environment within your area, with focus on sustainable results and employee well-being.
