As Production Manager for Jetting, you will have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and building up our jetting operations. This is a role for someone who thrives on leading through others, creating structure, and enabling both people and business to grow together. Your focus will be on creating an efficient and profitable production with clear working methods, the right competencies, and engaged employees. An important part of the assignment will be to build a self-sustaining operation by developing our employees and creating opportunities for them to grow internally. The role is both strategic and operational. You have overall responsibility for production and work closely with the business, while also driving development and improvements over the long term. Jetting operations also encompass filming and investigation and are an important part of our customer flow. You will therefore be a close and important collaboration partner with the Production Manager Relining, where you together work to create an efficient flow, correct priorities, and well-functioning production. You report to the Operations Manager. About the Position As Production Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing jetting operations with a focus on: Lead production and create structure, clarity, and efficient working methods Lead through others and develop your managers and supervisors Manage the business's finances, budget, monitoring, and results Have personnel responsibility and drive active and present leadership Ensure correct staffing, competencies, and development within production Build a self-sustaining organization where we develop and recruit competencies internally Set goals, monitor results, and drive improvement work Ensure a good work environment and that safety routines are followed Work with key metrics and use these to manage and develop the business Ensure high quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability Collaborate with other parts of the organization to create an efficient flow from customer to completed assignment Identify and implement improvements that strengthen both the business and employees Who Are You? You don't need to know everything about jetting from the start – what matters most is that you have experience leading people, running a business, and delivering results. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for both personnel and finances and understand what it takes to translate goals and strategies into results in daily operations. You have a natural interest in people and are motivated by seeing others develop and succeed. As a leader, you are clear, engaged, and present. You build trust, set expectations and follow up, while giving your employees the opportunity to take responsibility and grow. Qualifications Several years of experience in management or leadership roles Documented experience leading through others Experience with personnel responsibility and HR matters Experience with budget, finance, and results responsibility Experience working systematically with goals, monitoring, and key metrics Experience driving development and improvement work Good Swedish in speech and writing Driver's license category B Desirable Experience from production, service, or contracting operations Experience from jetting, water/wastewater, or related operations Experience from a larger organization Experience building competencies and developing employees internally Experience with change management and organizational development What We Offer With us, you will have a central role with significant responsibility and great opportunities to make an impact.
