We are an well-established bakery and pastry shop in Halmstad with a long history and loyal customers. Now we're looking for a driven person to take over responsibility for production in our bakery and pastry department and build the future with us! We're looking for you who: Have expertise in both bakery and pastry work, through education or extensive experience. Have experience from a leadership role in bakery and pastry operations. Are unpretentious and value quality, professional pride, and development. Are confident and clear as a leader, and have an easy way of creating engagement in the team. Have good Swedish language skills and a B driver's license. Have the ability to work early morning shifts and certain weekends as needed. Meritorious: Experience working with key performance indicators, production tracking, and streamlining production workflows. Responsibilities: Lead daily production within bakery and pastry, with a team of approximately 8 experienced and engaged employees. Plan production and staffing based on orders and seasonality. Responsible for purchasing and supplier relationships. Ensure consistent and high quality of products, and follow up on recipes and standards. Develop new products and refresh the product range.
