At our Växjö facility, you'll become an important part of a dedicated team where you can combine machine operation, material handling, and problem-solving in a varied daily routine. About the Operation At our Växjö branch, we receive, sort, and recycle various types of materials, including paper, plastic, metal, and other recyclable resources. Together, we work to give materials new life and contribute to a more sustainable future. About the Role As a production worker, you'll primarily work at our baling press where you're responsible for feeding material into the press, mainly paper and plastic, using a wheel loader. You'll monitor the process, ensure efficient material flow, and contribute to the machine operating safely and smoothly. You'll also receive drivers for incoming and outgoing deliveries and work with material registration in our data systems. In addition, other yard tasks may occur, such as handling other materials, sorting, and machine operation. Examples of Tasks: Operate a wheel loader and move material at the facility Feed and load material into the baling system Produce bales of recycled material Perform daily inspections, basic maintenance, and cleaning of equipment Contribute to order and organization at the facility Interact with drivers and assist in daily operations Report deviations and contribute to a safe and sustainable working approach Working hours are daytime, 06.00-15.00 or 07.00-16.00. Currently, a team of approximately 13 people works at the facility in various roles both in the yard and in the office. Who Are You? Since you'll interact with both drivers and colleagues daily, you're also communicative and contribute to positive collaboration. Qualifications Upper secondary education Experience with practical and physical work Good Swedish language skills Good computer skills Class B driver's license We Consider It an Asset If You Have Wheel loader certification Experience with wheel loaders or other work machinery English language skills Experience from industry, recycling, production, or logistics What Do We Offer You?
