But we also build something here, together: security, community, and pride. About the Role As a production worker, you will work in production manufacturing prefabricated concrete elements. Here you always work as a team and ensure that new colleagues quickly integrate and receive support. You'll become part of a cohesive team where collaboration, responsibility, and quality are essential in daily work.
