About the role As a Product Owner at SSG, you play a key role in translating strategic goals into real digital solutions. You're responsible for creating clarity about what needs to be done, why, and in what order - and you make sure the team has the right conditions to deliver high-quality value. This means you: Work closely with the product manager to develop goals, planning, and direction for the product Understand and analyze customer needs, business requirements, and insights from stakeholders Build and prioritize the team's backlog based on business value and user value Break down goals and needs into clear requirements and tasks Collaborate with UX designers, architects, and developers to develop solutions that work in practice Follow up on the team's work and communicate status to stakeholders Coordinate between different product teams and ensure a holistic perspective Lead meetings and forums related to planning, prioritization, and follow-up The role requires that you enjoy switching between strategic perspectives and detailed analysis - and that you're comfortable creating structure in an environment where multiple teams and products are interconnected. We see the Product Owner role as a clear owner of customer value, prioritization, and direction - a function that creates structure, drives the work forward, and sees the big picture even in complex development environments. Location is Sundsvall. We're looking for you who: Have at least 3 years of experience working as a Product Owner or in similar roles. If you have also worked in complex environments or in a larger company, that's a plus. Have good technical understanding and can grasp how digital services, architecture, and information flows are interconnected Are structured, analytical, and accustomed to making decisions based on both customer needs and business Are a clear and engaging communicator Thrive in a role with many stakeholders and have the ability to gather, translate, and prioritize different needs Are solution-oriented and comfortable navigating complex environments Merit factors: Experience working with digital platforms and the ability to see the big picture in how systems, services, and environments interact.
