We are now looking for a Technical Product Owner in Finance & Operations who wants to take full responsibility for developing our business-critical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and adjacent technology/platforms. This is a role for someone who thrives in the intersection between business and technology – and who wants to combine strategic product ownership with modern platform development and business development. About the role As Product Owner, you are responsible for roadmap, prioritizations, and development within our Finance & Operations area. You own both the business development and the technical direction of the platform and ensure that the solutions support business objectives in a scalable and long-term sustainable way. The area initially encompasses financial processes and solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, but will over time also develop within real estate and lease administration. Beyond native functionality in Dynamics 365 F&O, you are also responsible for adjacent technology and solutions that support the area, such as Power Platform, integrations, automation, and complementary third-party products. You will also: Drive development and standardization of business processes within finance and over time also real estate and lease administration Define, prioritize, and anchor requirements together with the business Own and further develop Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and adjacent solutions within the platform Drive technical decisions and ensure balance between standard functionality and customizations Ensure a cohesive platform strategy and system architecture within the area Identify opportunities and drive initiatives within automation, efficiency improvements, and data-driven ways of working Ensure that solutions work effectively together with adjacent platforms and systems Take responsibility for complementary technology connected to Finance & Operations, such as Power Platform, automation, integrations, and third-party solutions We believe you have Multiple years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations where you have driven ERP transformations, implementations, or major development initiatives Very good understanding of financial and business processes Experience with product ownership, platform responsibility, or similar role Technical understanding within system architecture and modern platforms Experience translating business needs into system support and prioritizations Ability to combine business acumen with technical drive and competence Experience working closely with business, process owners, IT, development teams, and external suppliers to ensure cohesive development of the area If you have experience from the real estate industry and/or lease administration, as well as with Power Platform, Azure, or adjacent Microsoft technology, we see that as a major plus!
