That's why we're looking for a product owner who wants to take overall responsibility for Södra's digital customer journey and create tomorrow's customer experiences together with us. What You'll Be Working With at Södra In your role as Product Owner Digital Customer Journey, you'll have the opportunity to build and develop a cohesive digital customer journey that creates business value for customers, members, and Södra alike. You'll have a clear business mandate, a cross-functional team, and the authority to prioritize, develop, and drive initiatives that make the greatest difference for our operations. You'll play a central role in shaping how customers and members discover, choose, purchase, and return to Södra through our digital channels. You'll also work with: Developing the digital business through increased conversion, sales, and member benefits Identifying and driving new digital business opportunities together with the business units Creating a customer journey that feels like a cohesive Södra experience, regardless of channel or touchpoint Owning the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the digital customer journey Using customer insights, behavioral data, and hypothesis-driven development to make business decisions Leading prioritization efforts within a cross-functional product team Collaborating with other product owners, business areas, and external suppliers to ensure long-term value This is a permanent full-time position, based in Växjö. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone who wants to drive results through digital development and who is motivated by translating strategy into business value. You thrive in environments where the direction is clear, but where the path forward needs to be defined and shaped together with others. To succeed in this role, you need to be business-driven, analytical, and confident in making decisions based on both data and customer insights. You have the ability to create engagement around a shared vision and are motivated by seeing the effects of your work in the company's results. We also see that you have experience with: Digital business development in areas such as e-commerce, digital sales, or digital customer interactions Product management and responsibility for products or services over time Working data-driven with analysis, monitoring, and prioritization Leading and influencing in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders Formulating vision, product strategy, and development initiatives based on business and customer needs It's a plus if you have experience with omnichannel experiences, self-service solutions, or digital platforms with a commercial focus.
