Primary responsibility for contacting customers to negotiate payment of overdue invoices. o Performing closing activities and actively supporting the RTR (Record to Report) team and accounts receivable department. o Reviewing overdue or disputed invoices. o Frequent collaboration with Cash Application, Credit Management, Billing, and Business Unit teams. o Additional tasks related to daily operations of the accounts receivable department or as required by the team leader. o Reconciliation of customer accounts. o Auditing, reviewing, and correcting rejected payments. o Handling audit-related requests. o Special projects - automation, process transitions, etc. Meal allowance - 150 Kč/day (employer contribution 82 Kč) o Multisport card o Annual vacation allowance (Flexi pass - vouchers) of 13,000 Kč o Monthly contribution to pension or life insurance or healthcare of 2,000 Kč (after 3 months from employment start) o 5 weeks of vacation, which is 1 week in addition to the statutory vacation entitlement under Czech labor law o 5 days of personal time off
