o Implement, review, and approve ERP solutions in accordance with the conceptual design and ensure their alignment with functional and non-functional requirements within projects and development activities.
o Lead scoping and fit-to-standard workshops for projects and changes, propose solutions for key gaps, prepare effort estimates, and ensure their alignment with business teams.
o Define and prioritize SAP ERP product functionalities in collaboration with business experts in relevant areas.
o Demonstrate product expertise and provide presentations and solution demonstrations to customers as needed.
o Actively monitor newly released features of ERP cloud solutions with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and supporting continuous productivity improvement; initiate, align with business, and implement their adoption.
o Coach and mentor less experienced team members within your assigned process area.
o Provide customers with expert digital and technical consulting in an efficient and understandable manner.
o Lead SAP ERP solution deliverables with an emphasis on standard reuse and standardization.
o Perform additional tasks assigned by your direct manager that correspond to your qualifications, experience, and competencies.
