Macko Tomáš, e-mail: [email protected] Job Responsibilities: Manage products, solutions, and services with full responsibility for results, including defining customer and market requirements for the Asian/Eastern European market, growth and profit strategy, business planning, and roadmap development. Continuously monitor relevant competing products, solutions, and services. Define product marketing strategies (product/solution/service, price, placement, promotion). Build and lead or coordinate a team across various functions to implement development of products, solutions, and services for which you are responsible. Requirements: Engineering or IT education is advantageous, and experience with product management in the digitalization field is welcome. Advantage if you have experience with machinery applications and/or drive systems and have participated in projects or development. You are familiar with the product management process (7Ps). During your career, you have had international business relationships and experience working in interdisciplinary teams with diverse cultures. You have analytical skills, empathy, and a passion for working with others in teams. You enjoy traveling and speak fluent English.
