Position: Sales Consultant Start Date: By arrangement - for one year with the possibility of extension indefinitely Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 Kč/month (base + bonus directly tied to performance and results of the position) Work Location: Dubno č.p. 120, 261 01 Příbram 1 Contact: Martinec Pavel, e-mail: [email protected] Job Details: - Personal and telephone contact with existing customers a. client work and communication at the showroom b. client work and communication via email and telephone c. identifying client needs, preparing credit and insurance offers, etc. - Acquisition of new customers - Sale of new vehicles including accessories - Active work with CRM system - Processing of public and private sector tenders - Regular reporting to supervisors - Comprehensive customer care throughout the entire vehicle sales process a. preparation of purchase agreement b. coordination of vehicle delivery date, service, and accessory installation with the client c. prior to vehicle delivery, a readiness inspection will always be performed according to the current purchase agreement and customer requirements d. invoicing and verification of the financial aspect of the sale e. vehicle handover to customer, practical explanation of vehicle operation f. creation of vehicle file for archival purposes - Implementation of credit and leasing agreements, vehicle insurance - Organization of test drives - Proper presentation of the company and brand - Participation in company events and exhibitions - Follow instructions from your supervisor Our recruitment process typically proceeds as follows: initial interview with HR via Google Meet - followed by evaluation and consultation with dealership management - followed by a standard interview with the dealership manager at our showroom.
