For our new PRIMA PEKÁRNA location, we're looking to welcome a colleague with a pleasant demeanor, manual dexterity, high work commitment, and a smile to our small team. Your responsibilities will include: - preparation, baking, and selling bakery products (high proportion of manual work) - preparation of filled baguettes and soups - operating hours Monday - Sunday - morning and afternoon shifts (morning shift from 4:45 AM) What we're looking for: - vocational training - work ethic - responsibility and reliability - communication skills and pleasant demeanor - manual dexterity - willingness to work and learn new things - experience with retail point-of-sale systems and bakery sales is a plus - excellent health status - we prefer long-term employment relationships We offer: - work in a stable company - long-term employment on a full-time contract (fixed and performance-based compensation) - 5 weeks of vacation after probation period - afternoon shift supplement of 8,- Kč/hour in accordance with the Labor Code - weekend work supplement of 35% - subsidized meals - complimentary coffee at the workplace - discounted product purchases - pension insurance contribution after 6 months of employment - contribution to leisure activities - company events
