Job Responsibilities
We are now seeking a process operator with team leader responsibilities for the evening shift on behalf of our customer in the Skillingaryd area.
You will become an important part of production and take on a central role in the daily operations of the company's powder coating line. As a process operator, you will actively work in production running and monitoring the coating line, ensuring the process functions according to established procedures, and performing sampling and quality controls. You work closely with your colleagues on the line and ensure that production maintains the right pace, quality, and steady flow.
In addition to the operational work on the coating line, you will have team leader responsibilities for the evening shift. This means you become an important contact person for the team and are responsible for coordinating and distributing daily tasks. You serve as a link between production and management and ensure that important information, procedures, and any deviations are communicated clearly and in a structured manner. At the same time, you are part of the operational team and work actively with your colleagues in production.
An important aspect of the role is ensuring that procedures, quality requirements, and safety regulations are followed, as well as helping to minimize downtime and maintain an efficient production flow. You are also expected to participate in improvement initiatives and contribute ideas and suggestions that can develop both work methods and production.
The position is on a permanent evening shift, meaning you will work a fixed evening schedule.
Your Profile
To fit this role, we believe you have previous experience from production, manufacturing, or surface treatment and feel comfortable in a production environment. You are thorough, responsible, and well-organized, with the ability to stay calm and focused even when the pace is high.
We also see that you have previous experience leading, coordinating, or taking responsibility for a team, but most importantly, you have a natural drive and willingness to take responsibility. You are willing to take initiative, communicate clearly, and find it easy to collaborate and create engagement around you. You are solution-oriented, see what needs to be done, and thrive in a role where you can combine hands-on work with supporting and guiding your colleagues.
