We are now seeking process operators with technical understanding for a manufacturing company in the Staffanstorp area. About the Company Your Responsibilities This position involves independently operating and monitoring machines throughout the manufacturing process. You will ensure that production runs smoothly and that quality meets established standards. The role also includes calibration, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting, which requires technical understanding and interest. You will report production data in business systems and actively participate in improvement initiatives. Your Background/Qualities We are looking for someone with several years of experience from process industry and a technical interest with good understanding of machinery and maintenance. You are thorough, organized, and quality-conscious, and enjoy solving problems and improving processes. You are accustomed to working in systems and documenting your work. In short – you are a technical problem-solver who enjoys improving and ensuring that machines run smoothly. A forklift license is a merit. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
