Process Operator for Production

We are now seeking a process operator for our production facility in Kumla. As a process operator with us, you will work with manufacturing in a modern and quality-controlled production environment. The work involves you being responsible for and monitoring various parts of the manufacturing process and ensuring that production takes place according to established instructions and quality requirements. Your work tasks include, among other things: Startup, adjustment and monitoring of production machinery Ongoing inspections and documentation during production Refilling and handling of materials Cleaning and changeover of machinery between different productions Basic troubleshooting and adjustments Working together with colleagues to ensure quality and good production flow We are looking for someone who is careful, responsible and enjoys practical work. You need to be able to follow instructions and procedures while having an eye for when something in the process is not working as it should. Previous experience working in production, process industry or as a machine operator is a merit, but not a requirement. What is most important to us is that you are technically interested, willing to learn and have the right attitude. Since the work involves ongoing documentation and work according to written instructions, you need to be able to read, understand and document in Swedish. We offer varied work where you will learn several different parts of our production and work together with experienced colleagues. Working hours: The work is scheduled for two shifts, which means you work alternating morning and afternoon shifts. Employment type: The position begins with a fixed-term employment for 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent position.
