About the OperationKiruna Ore Processing's mission is to refine ore from the mine to the finished product. The main parts of the process are screening, enrichment, and pelletizing. The department consists of a total of eight sections, of which four are part of the main process and the remaining four are support sections within quality, technical and process development, material processes, and maintenance.

Your Role
You will work in a team with significant impact on daily operations, leading and distributing work tasks that range from monitoring, controlling, and correcting the process to handling various situations as they arise, sometimes under pressure. Rotation occurs within the shift team, which means work in the plant is combined with control room duties, all alongside helpful colleagues. You will perform first-degree inspections and failure reporting as well as adjust and calibrate machines and conduct process sampling. We see that you as an applicant have good communication, stress management, and multitasking abilities.
What You Bring
High school diploma with passing grades, preferably with a technical focus
Manual transmission B-class driver's license
Fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and verbal
Process knowledge from LKAB or similar operations (meritorious)
Previous experience as a control room operator (meritorious)
Previous experience as an operations operator at a processing plant (meritorious)
