Your Responsibilities
As a process operator at NordArom, you are responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing our automated processes. You work with PLC and SCADA, interpret P&ID diagrams and manuals, and handle troubleshooting and deviations in a structured manner. The role also involves participating in improvement work and ensuring that routines, instructions, and safety regulations are followed. Work takes place in hygiene zones and includes handling chemicals according to ATEX requirements, which demands precision and safety awareness. The role is daytime work and involves combining technical expertise with practical work in an automated production environment.
Your Profile
To succeed and thrive in this role, we would like to see that you have the following:
Experience as a process operator
Experience with or interest in working in automated processes
Technical understanding and interest in learning new systems
Experience with troubleshooting, deviation management, and improvement work
Valid forklift certification and experience operating a forklift
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Technical education or equivalent work experience is a merit
Previous experience in the food or chemical industry is a merit
Experience with PLC, SCADA, and P&ID is a merit
You are structured, thorough, independent, and safety-conscious, with the ability to follow routines, instructions, and safety regulations. You take your own initiative to drive improvement and development work. You are flexible, curious, and interested in learning new systems and processes, and you are motivated by contributing to safe and efficient production.
