About the Position
As a process operator, you work in a regulated production environment with varied tasks. Examples of work duties include monitoring production processes, operating machinery and equipment, and preparing, monitoring, and completing various production steps. Cleaning, documentation, and basic equipment maintenance may also be included.
Work is performed according to written instructions and established processes where GMP and continuous improvement are a natural part of operations.
In your role as a process operator, your main responsibilities may include:
Monitoring production processes and operating machinery and equipment
Preparation, ongoing documentation, and completion of production steps
Working according to established instructions, GMP, and continuous improvement principles
Basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting related to production
Shift work applies to this position, so you must be able to work various times and be able to commute to the workplace based on the working hours in effect.
About You
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or relevant work experience. Your previous experience does not necessarily need to be from production. Experience from organizations where you have worked in a structured manner based on clear procedures, high quality standards, or standardized work methods can also be relevant.
We would like you to have good computer and system skills, for example experience with SAP or similar systems. Previous experience with documentation, LEAN, GMP, pharmaceutical production, or work in a cleanroom environment is a plus.
As a person, you are responsible, efficient, and thorough in your work. You work well with others while taking responsibility for your own tasks. We appreciate if you have a technical interest, enjoy learning new things, and want to continue developing in your career. Since some work tasks can be physically demanding, you should also be comfortable with practical work.
Important for the position:
Valid high school diploma or relevant work experience
Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English in speech and writing
Ability to work shifts and commute to the workplace based on current working hours
Plus: Experience with cleanroom environments, LEAN, or GMP
