About the Position As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling production processes in the facility. You will work in shifts and collaborate closely with operations technicians, maintenance, and production to ensure stable and safe production. The role involves both practical work tasks in the production environment and documentation according to company procedures. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Monitor and control process equipment via control systems Perform daily checks, measurements, and deviation reporting Conduct troubleshooting and simple corrective actions to ensure production Participate in changeovers, startups, and test runs Ensure that work procedures, safety regulations, and quality requirements are followed Maintain logs and update work documentation Contribute to improvement initiatives and process optimization Collaborate with maintenance during planned shutdowns and interventions About You We are looking for someone who is responsible, thorough, and comfortable with shift work. You have a practical ability to quickly understand technical processes and good problem-solving skills. You are communicative and collaborate well with colleagues in a team-oriented manner. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Relevant vocational training or experience in process or production operations Experience working with monitoring and control systems (DCS/PLC) is advantageous Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and quality requirements in an industrial environment Ability to read technical instructions and documentation Good communication skills in Swedish; English is advantageous Personal Qualities You are organized, observant, and have a safety mindset in everything you do. You take your own initiative to improve work procedures and share knowledge with colleagues. Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are appreciated. Meritorious Experience from manufacturing or process industry Certification or training in hot work, forklifts, or gas detection Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or automation fields About the Company Our client is an established player in Södertälje with a focus on safe, efficient, and sustainable production.
