About the Position
Navigate Consulting is a consulting firm with approximately 100 employees in Sweden and India. We combine the close relationships and community of a smaller company with the professionalism and international reach of a larger organization.
Our core expertise lies in Oracle and business systems, but we also work with IT strategy, transformation, and management. Responsibilities
Analyze and develop the business's (client's) processes, work methods, and organization.
Drive process harmonization, standardization, and improvement initiatives.
Lead and facilitate workshops with business, IT, and other stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and automation.
Work with process design, requirements, and User Stories.
Translate business needs into clear and implementable solutions.
Work closely with Process Owners, SMEs, Business Analysts, and system experts.
Contribute to solution design, testing, UAT, training, and implementation.
Support the business through change before and after Go Live.
Drive work from current state and needs to future processes and implemented solutions.
Contribute to creating structure, alignment, and momentum in complex transformation initiatives.
We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, we believe you understand the connection between business, processes, data, and systems and can translate business needs into working solutions. You have the ability to drive change, are comfortable in complex organizations with many stakeholders and perspectives, and can shift between the big picture and details. If you have, for example, a background as a Finance Manager, Controller, Process Owner, ERP/EPM consultant, or similar, we believe that is a very strong foundation.
In addition, you have:
A bachelor's or master's degree in economics, systems science, or similar.
Several years of experience in accounting, controlling, or consolidation.
Multiple years of experience in business development, transformation, and/or large-scale system implementations.
Good experience leading workshops and managing different stakeholders.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English as both languages are used in the work.
We consider it a merit if you have:
Experience with ERP implementations, such as Oracle Cloud/Fusion, Oracle EPM Cloud, E-Business Suite, or Hyperion.
Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other major ERP platforms.
