We are now looking for a Process Leader who wants to help develop our factory to become safer, produce better food, and eliminate losses so that our climate impact is reduced! Responsibilities As a Process Leader, you are responsible and driving in problem-solving and improvement work on a production line. Your job is to stabilize the process by eliminating losses. A large part of the work involves gathering data, finding root causes, and implementing improvement measures. Everything together with the teams at the line. You work closely with a Line Manager and a Maintenance Manager. Together you form a Line Structure and are responsible for the line's results, 24/7. Dafgårds Production System is based on Six Sigma/Lean/TPM/WCM – adapted for Köket i Källby. Your Profile To thrive as a Process Leader, you have an intrinsic drive to continuously improve and enjoy working with people. You need to be analytical and like solving problems. You take ownership of your work and don't let things fall through the cracks. We see that you as an applicant have at least one of the following backgrounds: - A degree from a college/university with a focus on production or similar - Experience from production and want to take the next step Are you the one we're looking for?
