About the role As a litigation attorney with us, you will work alongside competent colleagues with extensive experience in disputes, insolvency, and claims law. The role involves significant personal responsibility and independent work, but also close collaboration with your colleagues and continuous knowledge exchange. In this role, you will independently handle our customers' contract issues and disputed claims throughout the entire process—from filing a claim to court judgment. You will manage your own cases and represent our customers in both minor disputes and more complex litigation. Other tasks related to disputes and insolvency are also part of the role. As a litigation attorney at PS Finance Group, you play a central role in ensuring that our customers receive qualified legal advice and professional representation throughout the process. Our customers operate across a variety of industries, which gives you a varied and developing workday. What we're looking for Swedish law degree (Jur.kand., LL.M.) At least 2 years of experience in legal work and litigation experience It is advantageous if you have: Completed notarial service Previous experience handling claims cases As a person, you have strong analytical abilities, a solution-oriented approach, and great focus on customer needs. You enjoy working independently and have a structured work method. At the same time, you are a team player who collaborates well with others. You are characterized by high integrity and a professional approach. Additionally, you have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
