Job responsibilities: 1. Creating, maintaining and controlling work procedures 2. Creating and updating process parameters of production equipment 3. Ensuring and supporting process improvements 4. Collaboration with the quality department on meeting customer requirements 5. Training employees in the field of production processes 6. Creating and managing P-F-MEA, FLOW CHART 7. Creating and optimizing LAY-OUT 8. Regular reporting to supervisor Due to communication with the parent company and other entities in the holding based in China, we require knowledge of Chinese language at a very good level.
