" Administration of request and bid processes. " Communication with suppliers, designers, investors, and authorities. " Evaluation of bids according to established criteria. " Planning of inspection activities for licensed, concession-based, and small heat sources. " Coordination of supplier performance in occupational health and safety + fire protection for thermal management, including all necessary training. " Control and organization of individual inspection activities by technicians regarding gas equipment, gas leak detection systems, electrical equipment, pressure vessels, pipelines, gas appliance adjustment, combustion air intake, lightning protection, flue gas paths, solid pollutant particles and condensate, calibration and control of gas leak detection systems and expert inspections of boiler rooms. " Control of completeness of submitted documents and documentation. " Monitoring of subsidy programs suitable for the Energy Community. " Preparation of materials for company management decision-making. " Coordination of individual project phases, including control of task fulfillment and deadlines. " Recording and archiving of contracts, price quotes, and project documentation. " Monitoring of deadlines, task fulfillment, and schedule control. " Administrative support for projects in the areas of: o energy efficiency, o subsidy programs, o photovoltaic power plants, o cogeneration units, o boiler room renovations, o distribution rate optimization, o implementation of energy supplier requirements, o energy communities, o modernization of city energy infrastructure. " Creation of meeting minutes and preparation of reports. Requirements " Minimum secondary education with diploma. " Excellent organizational skills, flexibility. " Independence and responsible approach. " Ability to communicate with clients and suppliers. " Knowledge of legislation regarding designated technical equipment, occupational health and safety, and fire protection. " Good PC skills (Word, Excel). " Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. " Active approach to professional development. " Category B driver's license. Advantages " Experience with selection procedures.
