Swisspearl Česká republika a.s. is seeking a capable and responsible professional for the position of Process Engineer. This position reports directly to the Technical Manager. Work location: Šumperk. Job Responsibilities - Develop and create procedures and concepts for improving technical processes - Create process models, test their functionality, and implement them into organizational processes - Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of individual processes and take measures to optimize processes when necessary - Provide training and presentations related to implemented measures and improvement projects We Require - Secondary/Higher education in a technical field - Background in building materials or chemistry is an advantage - English language proficiency at a communicative level (B2) - Knowledge of commonly used project management systems and methods and integrated management system standards (IMS) etc. - Experience with applied statistics, supporting software tools, and their use for improving daily work efficiency - Knowledge in coaching operational projects and ability to communicate process content - Technical documentation skills - Analytical thinking and abstraction ability - Independence, initiative, and decisiveness - Experience with manufacturing processes and quality assurance - Ability to work in teams and motivate others - Ability to understand data processing and analysis Additional Benefits: contribution for employee children's summer vacation 1,800 Kč/year or ski courses 1,400 Kč/year, cultural event contributions 500 Kč/year, sports activity contributions, employee wellness contributions 500 Kč/year, contributions for work and life anniversaries, discounted mobile plans Work Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Employment Contract: Fixed-term with possibility of extension.
