We're looking for an experienced process and business analyst who will help our customers transform complex processes into functional digital solutions. You'll be the bridge between the customer, architects, developers, and testers. Most importantly, our future colleague needs to understand customer needs, propose optimal solutions, and bring requirements through to successful deployment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- collection, analysis, and specification of customer business requirements
- process analysis and modeling using BPMN, UML, or ArchiMate
- proposal of functional and non-functional requirements
- creation of analytical and project documentation
- proposal of data models, integration scenarios, and use-case diagrams
- collaboration with architects, developers, UX specialists, and testers
- presentation of proposals and facilitation of analytical workshops
- support for testing and acceptance of delivered solutions
- identification of change impacts on processes and information systems
- participation in digitalization of public administration and commercial organization processes
WE REQUIRE:
- minimum 3 years of experience in business or process analysis
- experience with requirements gathering and processing
- knowledge of BPMN, UML, or similar modeling notations
- experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect, Archi, or similar CASE tools
- ability to translate business needs into clear specifications for the development team
- excellent analytical and communication skills
- independence in leading analytical activities
- Czech language at professional level
- English at least for working with technical documentation
ADVANTAGES INCLUDE:
