Due to our company's growth and increasing number of new projects, we are looking for a colleague for the position:
Junior Estimator

The result of your work will be (in cooperation with the site manager and your team) the timely completion of a construction project. All our construction sites are in Prague.
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation, processing, and creation of orders and work contracts based on documentation from the designer
• Requesting quotes from subcontractors and communicating with them
• Optimization of construction projects and finding suitable solutions for implementation
• Evaluation of tender procedures
• Active creation and management of a subcontractor database
• Communication with site managers and designers
What will be useful for you in this position:
• Experience in civil engineering
• University or secondary education in construction or mechanical engineering
• Driver's license category B
• PC skills - MS Office (Word, Excel) at user level
• Personal approach, time flexibility, loyalty, decisiveness
• Organizational skills, communication skills, reliability
