Stable and dynamically developing manufacturing company specializing in the processing and manufacturing of rubber and rubber-textile membranes in the automotive and gas meter industries. Job Responsibilities: • Operation of calanders and rubber processing machinery • Technological oversight with suppliers • Collaboration in a small work team (with experience, potential to lead a team of 3-4 workers) • Responsibility for quality of completed work • Communication and collaboration with other production departments • Work in a two-shift operation (morning/afternoon) Required Knowledge and Skills: • Previous experience operating a calander is essential • Experience with application line work (3- or 4-roll) is a significant advantage • Good physical fitness and health • Group B driver's license - active driver Start date available immediately by arrangement.
