Prima Bemanning is now seeking Pump Operators for a major client in Luleå with placement in Norrbotten. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives with responsibility, customer contact, and working with heavy equipment. For the right person, there is a great opportunity to transition to our client in the long term. About the Position As a Pump Operator, you will, among other things: Pump concrete at construction sites for customers. Be responsible for maintenance and care of the concrete pump and related equipment. Ensure that your assigned vehicle is kept in good condition. When needed, assist with other tasks related to operations, production, and delivery. Have extensive customer contact and be an important representative for the company. Work is typically based out of the client's various facilities in the Norr region. Work Hours Monday–Friday: 06:00–18:00. Work is scheduled on a rotation basis where you work two weeks and then have one week off. About You Have at least 2–3 years of experience working with heavy equipment. Have a BE or C driver's license, depending on pump size. Have YKB. It is a merit if you have already completed Svensk Betong's pump training. Have a strong safety mindset and take responsibility for yourself, colleagues, and equipment. Are customer-oriented, organized, and responsible. Are loyal, engaged, and work well in collaboration. Speak Swedish or English. We expect all employees to follow applicable safety regulations, procedures, and policies.
