Accident Repair Intake Technician

Your main responsibility will be to receive orders, process them, and provide the best possible customer care and professional advice. Process accident details, gather information, verify its completeness and authenticity, and forward data to the manufacturer. Professionally assess vehicles or parts after accidents, identify and secure necessary replacement parts. You will be a key person for communication between the customer, insurance company, and service center.
