Northclean Facility Services AB is part of the Northclean Group, whose goal is to build the Nordic region's leading corporate group in the industry by acquiring and developing the most well-established and successful companies from north to south. We value close decision-making and a strong focus on proximity to our customers and employees. With us, all jobs are equally important and we stand firm in our ambition to clean and polish windows best. Our core values—responsibility, commitment, and care—guide us in our daily work. We know that if we enjoy our work, we also do a better job! About the Role Northclean Facility Services AB continues to expand and is now seeking our next Excel star. We are looking for someone who wants to work in a key role with the opportunity to influence and participate in the company's strategic business processes. You are meticulous, an excellent communicator, and of course have a strong business sense. As Pricing Manager, you are responsible for calculations in our bidding operations. We are looking for someone who loves numbers and works with Excel daily, while also being a skilled analyst and communicator. We seek someone who wants to contribute to the company's growth and business goals by designing, calculating, winning, and managing our bids—and of course through your wonderful personality. As a Pricing Analyst, you are the process owner for pricing and are therefore responsible for internal development in this area. An important task is to constructively challenge the organization in finding the right solution at the right cost and price. In this role, your focus will be approximately 80% on the sales process and 20% on administration, such as business systems. Strategic work like planning and analysis is part of the role, as is the ability to quickly shift to operational focus. About You The sales team you'll be part of collaborates broadly with many people within the company, so we are looking for someone with the following abilities: Communicative – You must clearly communicate and sell your calculations/strategies and quotes to decision-makers. We could write volumes about what you need to be to succeed in this role, but most of it is obvious. Social – We highly value that you bring yourself and at least one laugh per day. Analytical – You examine different conditions from all angles to find the best solution. Business-Driven – You are passionate about making good deals! And you can work toward established goals. Thorough – You are a meticulous person who enjoys diving deep into the bid documents that come in from our potential customers. But it's equally important to be thorough in managing our business systems. Flexible – You can quickly switch between different tasks and are good at both listening and speaking. Team-Oriented – You put the team before yourself. You also function as central business support, both internally and in meetings with customers, providing professional and service-oriented support on business, bid, negotiation, and contract matters. You want to contribute to the company's growth and business goals by calculating winning strategies in our bidding processes and independently managing bids—and of course through your personality. You are someone who wants to make a difference! Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must have an eye for detail and never leave anything to chance. You like to work in a structured manner within business processes. We believe you have experience in Facility Management or B2B service sectors, either as a supplier or buyer in public operations. We further believe you can/have: Excellent with numbers and Excel. You have an interest in and/or education in economics and sales, preferably with a focus on cost/revenue analysis. Documented experience in pricing and price modeling, bid management, bid controlling, business control, or similar. Very strong knowledge of public procurement law and public procurement processes. Ensure that the new sales process is followed. Handle deviations and solve problems in daily operations. Follow up on results and contribute to improvement work. Be a role model and create a positive work environment. Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Understand the importance of dialogue and communication. Several years of experience in public sales. Strong knowledge of project management. We offer you a place at the heart of one of Sweden's largest service companies. The culture is commercial, professional, and inclusive. We are driven by a shared passion for sales and business where the attitude is that we win and lose as a team. We offer both wellness benefits and social activities. It's very important to us that you enjoy your workplace—we work together in both good times and challenging times. This is a full-time position based in Danderyd or Malmö. We have collective agreements and apply trial employment.
