About the Client Company Your Responsibilities We are now seeking motivated individuals for our precast factory! Working from blueprints, you will be responsible for formwork setup, reinforcement, and casting of precast concrete elements. After casting, some finishing work may be required to achieve a smooth surface. You will work as part of a team with colleagues, and the team size and scope of work will vary depending on the assignment. Your Profile We see that you have previous experience working from blueprints in the industrial or construction industry. You are practical, hands-on, and accustomed to physical work. Since certain work tasks can be physically demanding, good physical condition and health are important prerequisites for this position. We are looking for someone who is responsible and engaged. You have your own drive, demonstrate commitment, and take pride in delivering quality work. You should be able to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, but also work well in a team with others. Working hours are daytime, and the work takes place indoors at the factory. Since our client is not located in central Gothenburg, we view a driver's license and car positively.
