Shift Supervisor

We are looking for 2 people for full-time positions in a two to three-shift operation (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM; 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) as Shift Supervisors. Our company specializes in processing laundry from hospitals, hotels, and other institutions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing adherence to customer orders and production plans and ensuring their timely and quality completion, communicating instructions from management clearly to employees and providing feedback to supervisors, overseeing compliance with workplace safety, hygiene standards, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. We require experience in people management - the ability to motivate a team, resolve conflicts, and communicate instructions clearly, organizational skills - the ability to respond to team needs and unexpected situations in operations. We also require communication skills - clear and understandable communication with both subordinates and supervisors, good physical and mental condition, diligence, reliability, time flexibility, and responsibility. A resume is required for the job interview. To enter into an employment agreement, you must have valid personal documents - ID card, health insurance card, proof of pension benefits (if applicable), a medical examination, education credentials, and a work certificate from your previous employer.
