Shift Supervisor for Powder Coating Department

Job Description: • Lead a team of 12 employees • Oversee compliance with work procedures • Organize and allocate work assignments for the shift • Train employees and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and fire safety protocols • Handle packaging, materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods between workstations and storage areas • Work according to technical documentation • Work in a two-shift operation Requirements: • Experience in team management in manufacturing • Basic knowledge of computer work • Ability to learn new things quickly • Knowledge of reading technical documentation • Forklift certification an advantage • Attention to detail, independence, and responsible approach to work quality We Offer • Permanent employment contract • Motivating compensation based on qualifications and performance paid on a regular salary schedule • 5 weeks of vacation • Bonuses beyond statutory requirements • Fully covered meal vouchers (129 Kč) • Comprehensive benefits package (loyalty bonuses, life insurance contribution, 13th month payment, work clothing maintenance allowance…)
