Required Education: Master's degree in law and legal science. Job Duties: Provides comprehensive legal services and performs tasks related to the activities of the City of Liberec. Handles legal matters and reviews contracts from a legal perspective. Controls documents for municipal body meetings. Provides legal assistance to employees of the City of Liberec Administration. Prepares and discusses proposals for generally binding regulations and ordinances of the City of Liberec. Requirements: Czech citizenship or a foreign national with permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic; minimum 18 years old; full legal capacity; clean criminal record; proficiency in Czech language; compliance with additional requirements for performing administrative activities as specified by relevant legislation. Knowledge of legal regulations and current norms in local government; excellent communication skills for client interactions; user-level computer skills; experience in the legal field (e.g., public administration, corporate matters, etc.) is welcome but not required. This position is also suitable for law school graduates.
