Start date: 11/9/2026 Practical Nurse (Male and Female) We are looking to fill a position for a practical nurse on our friendly team. Job Responsibilities: - You will dedicate your working hours to patient care, follow nursing standards established in the facility, provide professional healthcare and nursing services to clients, ensure client needs based on individual care planning, and evaluate client needs and level of independence. - You will monitor signs of their illness - evaluate risk factors in collaboration with other employees. - You will document client falls - monitor and assess patients' physiological functions - breathing, pulse, body temperature, blood pressure, and other vital parameters. - You will record daily client notes and work in the Cygnus program. Requirements: - Minimum secondary education with diploma - Submission of criminal record clearance - Start date available immediately.
