ANNOUNCES SELECTION PROCESS FOR POSITION SOCIAL SERVICES WORKER Do you want to work meaningfully, patiently, and with respect for the uniqueness of each person? We are looking for a colleague to join our day center who will support adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in their daily life, development, and independence. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct work with ASD clients in day service setting Support with daily activities (e.g., self-care, meals) Training in social and practical skills Individualized approach based on client needs and communication level Utilization of structured environment and visual supports (e.g., structured learning principles) Collaboration with team members, client families, and specialists Maintenance of service documentation We are looking for a person who: Has a respectful and patient approach to people with autism Understands the importance of predictability, structure, and clear communication Can remain calm even in challenging situations (e.g., when client is overwhelmed or routine changes) Can work independently and as part of a team Has empathy while maintaining healthy boundaries Has a clean criminal record Advantages: Course for social services worker according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll.
