Start date: 26/6/2026 Requirements: - Professional qualifications for the practice of the profession under Act 108/2006 Coll. - Hepatitis B vaccination - Clean criminal record - Communication skills - Empathy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to continue learning - Calm, non-confrontational demeanor Job responsibilities: - Assistance with personal hygiene, transferring to bed or wheelchair, serving food and beverages - Assistance with spatial orientation and independent movement in indoor and outdoor spaces - Training in simple daily activities to maintain and improve independence - Training and reinforcement of motor, mental, and social skills and abilities - User activation (reading, board games, short walks, conversations, etc.) - Accompanying users to specialist examinations and medical treatments - Washing and disinfecting equipment and ensuring proper storage - Assistance with users' physical rehabilitation (mobility training, conditioning exercises) - Handling laundry and minor cleaning - Participation in laundry intake, inspection, and storage - Maintenance of users' personal documentation including setting up and implementing individual care plans We offer: - Compensation according to Charity Frýdek-Místek guidelines, 170 Kč/hour - Pleasant working environment - Uneven work schedule distribution, 12-hour shifts with no night shifts, but including weekends - Expected start date: immediately Submit your application with a structured CV by 30 September 2026 electronically to [email protected].
