Start date: 1/7/2026 Job Responsibilities: - Assistance with personal hygiene, transfers to bed or wheelchair, serving food and beverages - Assistance with spatial orientation and independent movement in indoor and outdoor spaces - Training in basic daily activities to maintain and increase independence - Training and reinforcement of motor, cognitive, and social skills and abilities - User activation (reading, social games, short walks, conversations, etc.) - Accompanying users to medical appointments and treatments - Washing and disinfecting equipment and proper storage management - Assistance with conditional rehabilitation of users (mobility training, conditioning exercises) - Laundry handling and light cleaning. Participation in linen collection, inspection, and storage - Maintenance of user personal documentation including setting up and implementing individual care plans. Requirements: - Professional qualification for the position according to Act 108/2006 Coll. - Hepatitis B vaccination - Criminal record extract submission - Communication skills - Empathy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to continue learning - Calm, conflict-free demeanor.
