OBLASTNÍ CHARITA PARDUBICE – Residential Respite Care Services Červánky Třebosice is seeking a SOCIAL SERVICES WORKER for a FULL-TIME POSITION We require: - interest in working with seniors and people with disabilities - experience in social services or at least basic knowledge of what this service entails (ideally an accredited qualification course for social services workers or education in the field—possibility to complete the course after hiring) - ability to properly maintain service records - time flexibility (12-hour shifts, weekends) We offer: - full-time position (40 hours per week) - meaningful work in a pleasant, friendly team at a large stable organization - meal allowance (meal voucher package) - work shoes (2x per year) and clothing - support – professional guidance, further training, possibility of supervision - after the probation period, possibility of pension contribution - starting salary 28 500 – 40 000 Kč (allowances for weekend services, 2x per year bonuses, individual compensation) - company events Personal qualities: - alignment with Charity's mission - resilience to physical and mental strain - ability and willingness to cooperate in a team - humanity, honesty, responsibility, and communication skills - own initiative and creative approach Interested candidates are requested to contact Nikola Poláková, Head of Residential Services Třebosice.
