Social Services Worker / Caregiver / 24-Hour Operations

The House of Peaceful Aging NADĚJE (DPSN) in Vysoké Mýto is looking for a colleague - a Caregiver for 24-hour operations, full-time position. You will become part of our direct care team, where you will care for our clients - seniors at DPSN. You will help clients with morning hygiene and bathing, assist with meals and dressing, etc. Clients will certainly appreciate your support in basic activation (mobility training, outdoor walks, reading aloud, ...). Your work will also include individual planning and documentation management (electronically in the Cygnus 2 program). What will we need from you? - Education in accordance with the Social Services Act No. 108/2006 Coll. - min. elementary school + qualification course for social services workers - Criminal record extract - Health clearance, vaccination against hepatitis B - Identification with NADĚJE's mission - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Empathetic approach - Reliability What can we offer you? - Employment contract for a fixed term of 1 year with possibility of extension to indefinite - Full-time position - Start immediately or by agreement - Work in 12-hour shifts (including night work after probation period) - Working hours from 7:00 to 19:00 h - 13 to 15 shifts per month - Gross salary + supplements for Saturdays, Sundays, holidays - Training shifts with experienced colleagues (min. 6 shifts) - Flexibility in shift planning - 5 weeks of vacation - Meal allowance Interested in our offer?
