Term until: 13/7/2026 Job Responsibilities: - fieldwork in clients' homes within the city of Třinec and municipalities of Nýdek, Vendryně, Bystřice, Střítež, Smilovice, Řeka - assistance with household management - help with managing routine personal care tasks - assistance with personal hygiene or provision of conditions for personal hygiene - provision of meals or assistance with meal arrangement - mediation of contact with social environment - management and care of service vehicle - basic administration of the center and client records - key worker function - including regular processing of "Individual Care Plans" - full-time position, start date 01.09.2026, PSS course is an advantage. We Require: - professional qualification for the profession according to Act 108/2006 Coll. - social services worker course is an advantage - submission of criminal record extract - legal capacity - category B driver's license - active driver (employee uses service vehicle) - hepatitis B vaccination - ability to handle high levels of stress and psychological strain, ability to resolve complex situations and resilience to frequent changes (inherent to fieldwork) - good communication skills, patience, empathy, pleasant demeanor - basic knowledge of PC use (email, MS Word, MS Excel).
