Start: 10/9/2026 Job Responsibilities: - assistance with household management - help with performing routine personal care tasks - assistance with personal hygiene or provision of conditions for personal hygiene - provision of meals or assistance with meal arrangement - facilitation of contact with the social environment - management and care of company vehicle - basic administration of the center and user - key worker function – including regular preparation of the "Individual Care Plan". Requirements: - professional qualification for the practice of the profession according to Act 108/2006 Coll. (missing qualifications to be provided by Charita Frýdek-Místek within 12 months) - submission of criminal record extract - legal capacity - Class B driver's license – active driver (employee uses company vehicle) - vaccination against hepatitis B. We Offer: - financial compensation according to Charita Frýdek-Místek salary regulations, 28,5 tis. - 30 tis. - comprehensive employee benefits system / regular professional training, 6 weeks of vacation, meal allowance in the form of a flat rate, pension insurance contribution / - pleasant work environment - employment contract for a fixed term of one year with possibility of extension - expected start November 2026.
