REGIONAL CHARITY PARDUBICE - Respite Care Services Červánky Pardubice is seeking a SOCIAL SERVICES WORKER for a FULL-TIME POSITION. Requirements: - Interest in working with seniors and people with disabilities - Experience in social services or at least basic knowledge of what this service entails (ideally an accredited qualification course for social services workers or relevant education—option to complete the course after starting) - Ability to properly maintain service records - Time flexibility (12-hour shifts, weekends) Personal qualities: - Alignment with Charity's mission - Resilience to physical and psychological demands - Ability and willingness to collaborate as part of a team - Compassion, integrity, responsibility, and communication skills - Self-motivation and creative approach We offer: - Meaningful work in a pleasant, friendly team environment at a large, stable organization - Meal allowance (meal voucher stipend) - Work shoes (2x per year) and work clothing - Support—professional guidance, further education, access to supervision - After probation, opportunity for pension contribution subsidy - Starting salary 28,500 - 40,000 Kč (supplements for weekend work, bonuses 2x per year, personal performance bonuses) Suitable for recent graduates as well.
